Music Clips in the Digital Era
Bringing your track to life on screen

Any band or musician knows how important a music video is for the promotion of their track. But on top of this your clip is a chance to add an extra dimension to your song, to give it additional depth and give your current and future fans an opportunity to connect with you.

Whether you are looking to get TV airtime or have your song spread online you want to have a clip that is a quality representation of you and your track. So do we.

Starting the Journey
Getting to know you and your music

We’ll usually start with a coffee to chat about your song and your ideas, what you would like to do, and what we could bring to it. Some of the concepts for clips we’ve done have come straight from the artist, on other’s we’ve come up with the idea, or the concept sometimes evolves out of a collaboration between the artists and ourselves. We’re interested in your ideas, in collaborating and creating compelling visual stories.

Unique Clips for Every Track
Finding the right visual style

We aren’t locked into one style of shooting. Each song and artist sets the tone and therefore style and approach to each music clip. Will it be shot handheld, on a jib and dolly, on location or in a studio, with natural light, artificial light, slow motion? What’s the visual inspiration? (A movie, a piece of art?…) The song is the boss, and it is in collaboration with artists that these choices are made.

If you already know what you want we are also more than happy to bring your vision to life.

Main Cost Factors

The most challenging aspect of filmmaking is that there is never enough budget to achieve the grand vision in your head. This can be a bit of a harsh reality for bands that are starting out, especially solo musicians. While we’re very proud of the level of quality that we can achieve relative to budget constraints, there are certain factors that we’ve found make or break a clip’s viability.

Time required for:

1. Pre-Production – location scouting, planning shots with storyboards and shot lists, production design, casting
2. Production – number of shooting days, distance to locations, number of crew required, talent (actors, dancers, performers) and additional equipment hire
3. Post-Production – editing, grading, special effects , graphics, titles

If you’re a singer, songwriter, band, or musician and you are interested in having a clip made get in touch today, let us know your plans and we’ll work with you to create an amazing video clip within your budget.
